We dined at Crystal Jade! Fine dining somemore. I never been to this restuarant before cos it is so pricey. I can't afford it last time but now, I do and I meant it as in using my own money. I'm very proud of this lor! Cos I am very financial independent and not living off my parents like many out there.







Feels good to spend your own moolahs anyway. By pampering yourself with the excuse of what else? A very good friend's birthday! Hehe.

I had always like chinese food as much as any other food and when it comes to fine dining, I think chinese food is still the best luh, not because I am chinese but the taste is just so.... it beats other type of food flat. :D

Xiao bao cai and mushroom with oyster sauce. Yum.








I heart this the most. The skin is really crispy and the meat is so tender that it just melts n your mouth. I recommend this to whoever who plans to go there lor. I ate so many roasted ducks before but this is simply the best.

We also had drunken prawns which is super good. I know drunken prawns had always been nice but I just couldn't get tired of eating it.








May had never peel a single prawn before......












So I taught her how to on her 19th birthday. I doubt she would do it again though. LOL!







I think that hand peel stuff still taste best. It is like, if u ask someone to peel the crab for you, you won't feel that it's as nice. Just like if you cook the meal yourself, even if it's not very nice, you'll think that it is still edible, vice versa. Hahahaa.










It was a very satisfactory meal - despite it costing us $40 each for only 5 dishes. Luckily we didn't order the set meal which is either $199++ or $299++ cos we were all very full by then.








They wanted a proper photo but I tried to be funny and act spastic.









So we had to retake another one. LOL!







We went over to zouk first to get our chops and then cabbed back to douby ghout cos I have a bottle at brew room.








Hehe, it's my treat! I made alot of drinks for all of them lor. Particularly May who kanna alot of shots but in the end, I don't know why I ended up drinking more shots than her.

After we finished an entire bottle of whiskey, we proceeded back to zouk - in which I was abit seh already. Hahahaha.








The rest of the gang ordered other drinks like Long Island Tea and god knows what. I remember vaguely that I tried one sip and then the next moment, I was puking my lungs out and sitting on the dancefloor like I'm at home. Super unglam moment. Not like I wanted to protray a glam image anyway.

Best part? I can't remember when was this taken. And it's scary because this was the first time I felt this way. Usually have some faint idea one. But this time really K.O.

I was deciding whether I should let down my hair as per normal or tie up my hair. In the end, I decided to tie up my hair cos it looks neater (nurse should be tidy and neat right?) and also, I was glad I made that decision because I was melting outside zouk. The queue was horrendrous and the weather ain't helping. Damn super super long.







It was so intriguing to see other people's outfit lor! There were men who wore women clothes and zombies that look scary enough that you thought you only saw them in your dreams and so much more!
