In life, friends come and go. Only true friends leave footprints in your memories....

Sometimes, I find that I am drifting away from some of my friends but then I guessed this is inevitable as we grow up, meet new people and fall in love. Alot of my friends changed as well when they got into a relationship as they have less time for their friends and suddenly, you just find that you guys ain't that close anymore.

Of course I will be happy for them that they found their other half yada yada but then, I find that striking a balance between friends and boyfriend time is equally important. At times when you guys quarrelled, who will be there for you if you have been neglecting your friends? And if okay, suay suay you guys broke up *touch wood*, you may find that you actually have no more friends? Cos you chose your boyfriend over your friends when they asked you to accompany them.

And that is one of the stupid arguements I had with my ex, cos I always give priority to who ask me out first, regardless whether you are my mother, boyfriend or just friend. I'm sorry if you feel that you are my boyfriend so I have to cancel my girlfriend's outing cos you wanna go out with me last minute. It's just not my principle I guess.

I think friends are a very important part of my life but I thank god for blessing me with some of my lovely girlfriends.

Lol, today is the 9th day of my holiday. I have been living the life of a king seriously. Eat, sleep, wake up, surf net, eat, sleep, wake up, meet boyf, eat, sleep, wake up, meet my gf, eat, sleep etc! I will get fat during this holidays seriously.

Today I met boyf to buy some new bedding for my hammies! They are still very cute after 6 months! And that they have already spent 1/4 of their lives already. The new bedding that we bought are supposed to be odorless, warao the wooden shavings are damn smelly lor!! After 3 days can smell already. Also bought some other treats for them. Life's good as a hamster - nothing much to worry about, just eat and sleep. :)

Oh, and I am counting down to Sunday where I will have a romantic getaway from Singapore. Can't wait! Loves.

C for Chanel

Was on a shopping trip to City plaza, and I bought like 2 blouses again!! Despite being on a shopping ban, thanks to dear Peggy. Lols!

Then we headed over to Orchard as she was on a mission to look for a Hermes belt. :)
We were then headed over to Chanel, where I found my babies!!!!!!!111 *mad excited*

My first Chanel, a gift from my boyfriend. Thanks Patrik. I love it ttm luh!!!! Hehe, just sharing my joy with you guys.

It is the bigger version, which to my knowledge, had already discontinued, now left the mini version and that has to be put on the waiting list, which I don't really like cos there are gaps in between the crystals. But this!!! Big and no gaps in between, and with the tempting price, I bought it. It was love at a first sight. My first Chanel, but definitely not the last. :p

I realised all my labels were all love at first sight. And I only buy them cos I like the design, and also their durability and that they are timeless.

I swore not to buy any more bags for at least this year cos I own enough. To date I have like, a gucci, an agnes b, a longchamp, a prada and countless guess and unknown brand bags. So many for what right! Not like I got 10 hands, each carry one. Lols!

A day set aside especially for Queenie who got into an accident recently. Stupid driver had the audicity to not step out after knocking her down! Furthermore, it was green man. Obviously the driver was not paying attention (ie. him making a right turn into the pedestrain walkway) or talking on the phone luh. Else you see got people crossing you will also stop right? -__-"

Don't know how these kind of people can pass their driving test lor! Poor Queenie suffered from lateral ankle fracture and some abrasion. Luckily nothing serious as compared to multiple trauma we heard so much of during traffic accidents. Meeting Peggy babe after her work to head to Q's house. Also my first time going to Q's house cos of this!

Hehe getting ready, might as well camwhore abit since I am always early. Even now I am blogging cos I am waiting for Peggy to get ready to go town. We are supposed to meet at 2pm but now is already 325pm. Lol!!

The flowers we decided to buy for her. So pretty right! I also want such packaging one. Max nice.

So cute lor this picture. I love it max. Even though it is a sad affair that our dear friend got into such an accident, going down to find her, talk, and hang out is always so fun. Love you guys. And to Queenie, please get well soooooonest then we can go walk walk after your foot recuperates!

My 5d4n Bali trip (summerised!)

Just a very summerised of what I did in Bali. I wished I could go there again! It had been more than 3 months since my last holidays and this place is the last venue I went. I wanna go overseas again!!!! *Roars*

First day

Reach airport at 12 plus. Booked in to our villa - Emerald villa.
Had lunch at some nearby restuarant. Went for massage.
Dinner.
Swam at our private pool.

Second day

Woke up at 7am. Our driver came to picked us up at 830am to go water rafting. The water rafting costs 300,000 rupiah each (about SGD$46) but it's at river Ayung 10km! Very worth it cos its so fun and lunch is provided.

Then we went to Jimbaran for sunset dinner. We order by ala cart at a restuarant that has elephant statue. Costs 242,000 rupiah each.
It is really an awesome experience. The sunset is totally to die for. V romantic.

Third day

Woke up at 7am again since we wanted to go and do some water sports. We did banana boat and parasailing. Costs about 125,000 rupiah (SGD$19) each after we bargained. So remember to bargain!

Then we went to ubud (art&craft village) to eat the famous suckling pig (Oka Ibu) for lunch and dirty duck for dinner. And also to shop there. We enjoyed the bargaining over there too. Price for clothes should be around 30k - 50k rupiah.

Went for spa at verona for SGD$27 each. Total duration about 2 hrs. Includes 1 hr massage, scrub and milk bath.

Fourth day

Woke up at 3am!! Since we are going on a tour package to see the Lovina dolphins. They are wild dolphins that swims in that sea every morning. Very cute. Think its worth it despite having to wake up so early for it.

Costs 350,000 rupiah each including driver for the entire day.

Went to the famous waterfall place too.

And to some temple (forgot the name) and the temperature is so nice (almost like genting) since we are on top of the mountain.
Then we went to Tanah lot temple and also did some shopping around that area as well.

Finally, went back to our area, sanur to catch the kecek dance. 80,000 rupiah each.

I know right, 3am - 9pm. It's really tiring but a very fulfilling day.

Last day

Woke up at 7am as we wanted to do some more water sports! Did snorkling and jetskiing. Around the same price for snorkling and jetskiing costs about 170,000 rupiah each.

I highly recommend the snorkling. Freaking awesome. Btw, we did all our water sports at our beach at sanur. The water is crystal clear. Really nice. Can see all the pretty corals and so many so many fishes. I liked the snorkling best out of all these 4 watersports I attempted. The rest are very exciting as well but snorkling is the most worth it one.

Went for massage again.

Then went to some place in kuta to do some last min shopping. Went for lunch and finally at 3pm, went to the airport to check in.

It's my 21st!

Okay, now is august. My birthday is June. But still, better late than never. Right?

I had always been thinking of things I will do when I am 21 years old, like lasik, braces and have a grand celebration. I don't know, it is a blessing that I lived for so long right, so we should all cherish ourselves!

Boyf mentioned that he doesn't have money for anything else after buying me my dream camera - panasonic LX3! Thanks boyf. :)

But he still got me the bouquet every girl dreamt to have at least once in their life time and I got it on my 21st. I really felt very lucky to have a supportive family, boyf who loves me for whoever I am (even though I can be a bitch sometimes) and friends who cares for me truly.

I only like pink roses and this make me a very happy girl that day. I know it is so superficial but then it is not the actual physical thing but it is the thoughts behind it.

I read somewhere in a magazines about girls who compare their diamond rings aren't really comparing the size of the carat of their rings, but rather, how much their guy loves them... and I find it so so true. :)

Came with a kitty helim balloon somemore!

The theme of my birthday party, as some of you guys knew, was RIBBONS & BOWS. Because simply, this is very ME. :D

Venue: Singapore Art Museum, Via Mar restuarant
Time: 6pm-10pm

I know right, we dressed like very prom. Lols! But I totally appreciated boyf's effort in playing dressup with me.

Although you were very mean to me when I was very young, including an episode of conning me to have a haircut done by you - and ended up going to the hairdresser to cut botak cos you cut a hole on my head, and also, kicking me into an wall when I was having a high fever (I ended up in the hospital), I shall forgive you cos you are nice enough to come and help me out.

Planning a birthday event is seriously a very stress affair. Especially, alone. So I should count my blessings for those who helped out in either many or little ways. THANK YOU PEOPLE.

And it is time to cut the cake!! Excited max cos I love my cake. It was personalised and customized by me! I drew out the design by myself - my 4kg cake.

So pretty right. It's a 3 tier-ed fondant cake. Courtesy of foodinfinity.
Pink base with white polkadots, hot pink heart cut outs, pearl lining, small bows and one big bow on top. Completed with colourful presents and IRENE'S 21st.

Okay luh, I can't afford a 3 tier-ed cake. But that was what I drew in the paper. So anyway, I wanna rave about foodinfinity cos they, out of either kindness or to give me a pleasant surprise, made a 3 tier-ed cake for me instead of two. For a 2 tier-ed price. And 3 tier-ed is totally amazing. It's so pretty I wanna die.

It is named sweetheart in their website and I agree that it is really sweet luh.
